Hey Jack, great video! I'm about the same age as you and I feel the same and made the same changes to my life as you a few years back. "Stuff" doesn't make me happy aswell, I spend all my free time travelling the world with my wife which is an experience for life. Something a new car, iPhone or TV could never be. Jack. Been watching for many years now. Ya know my favorite part of every single video I've ever watched? "Drop a like if you liked the video and a dislike if you didn't" I've never seen somebody as constant as you when it comes to the integrity of their channel. Dislikes to you mean areas of improvement for your content vs others see it as messing with their algorithm and revenue. Keep on being the best and welcoming constructive criticism. That's what separates you from everybody else. P.S. never will buy a PC rig but I still watch all the games I'll never get to play kuz you are so entertaining!!!!

Hey Jack! I’ve been a fan of yours and have been watching your vids for quite some time now! This video kinda put my brain into perspective, I’ve been wanting to become a YouTuber with gaming, like you, and make my living off of something I enjoy doing. Try running with nose breathing only. Look up floris gierman, MAF training, mark cuzzella. It's low stress running, it is way easier and friendly to the body. Don't run hard too often. But do short sprints or fartleks.
