People in plate armor with a gigantic shield and a tiny little dagger looks so stupid it makes me want to uninstall the game. I don’t understand how Ironmace developers look at this and go “yeah, this was our vision. The tiny dagger and the big shield, killing every class in melee for free, this is fine.”

Kazaren, I have been using curse of weakness lately due to +all being back and it has done me pretty well so far. I just feel like a curse than gives geared people -10 all atts is pretty nuts. It is especially good against wizards with spell overload.

Managed to get 52 spell speed, 51 mag power, 47 pdr before shield and 5 tru/4 additional. Ill let you know how it goes. breaking 50% pdr pre shield is kinda a bitch without making a sacrifice somewhere

When you get 6-10 swings in per fight. Take the amount of hits times 3.6 and you get about how much hp you gained mid fight. It's pretty nuts. Important to be tanky tho cuz they you actually don't take that much damage to begin with.

your only fear should be poison rogue, bis wizard (13+ dmg gear) or just straight up getting ranged on by a figher with longbow and a ranger. But you should be able to chunk health back if you've got curses on something. Also me and my boy have been testing dark offering we had cleric with overheal pushing demon mode (+10 all), 10 stack dark offering, with 35 will 30 knowledge and 110% buff duration and had the 12 second dark offering last close to 21 seconds its was SUPER good, just make sure you've got knowledge as the casting time to get 10 offering stacks takes like 11 seconds without any lol.

@@kazaren Run Demon Armor (lol) TM, Vamp, Antimagic.
Great Helm/Occultist Hood, Crusader armor, Occultist Boots, Padded Leggings or Heavy (you need some health or have cleric run overheal).
Try for 13 MH and 6+ additional magic damage. You should have close to 40 knowledge as well.

I run something similar in normals but, you are not gonna have the PDR. . You are not going to be lifedraining you hydra for massive heals (barely net positive). Your spell loadout is going to be more limited. And, you are going to have to buy merchant knowledge items (oracle robe/occultist boots/raw leather gloves) to get a decent # of spells. But, regardless of all this, it still is very good. If you dont feel like buying all that knowledge gear for hydra/lifedrain you can do bloodstained blade, curse of pain and bolt of darkness. Stock up on kris when they hit the merchant....still with BoC and bloodstained it will wreck most people toe to toe. The scariest thing for me is bows and crossbows. They can outrange curse and it hurts. Bolt of darkness is too easy to dodge. You can typically choose to leave those fights though.

@@kazarenI run it in solos and it fairly reliably beats boc. No demon armor though, prefer to have around 340 ms in exchange for only ~50% pdr. Dunno how good it'd be in teams
