Hello new build info below.
I am using Dual wield, sword mastery, weapon mastery + Swift. Hand crossbow is not normally a fighter weapon so you need this. For the skills I am using taunt for extra resistance + adrenaline rush for action speed.
The major weakness of this build is casters, which is nothing new for playing PDR fighter. Seems like a decent build, just go for the usual stats like HP, DEX, STR, maybe some agi for speed and you are good you can do this in mid-gear as well as BIS.

I don't get the Hand Crossbow. It's a worse variant of Castilion Dagger. You lose ability to shoot and 5% armor pen but you gain 5% ms, alternative attack pattern so parry bots and heater shieldeds are even more free kills.
Also perk slot for Adrenaline Spike so it can clutch a fight, allowing you to land your last swing before the opponent does it.
Hand Crossbow is just a cool/fun factor. The build works cuz it's very solid overall. PDR dual wield Falch I mean.

I think fighter is just overpowered in general, the build isnt really killing the barbs, its just fighters toolkit (50-60% pdr in greens/blues, and solid dps with ranged options)

This reminds me of kens arena build on ranger. So much upfront damage if you can land it. I gotta try this out.

Some good some bad. Boss drops such as mystical gem are common and have to be used during that run which is a nice feature. Gear stats are insane again, so gear dif will likely get worse such as +true phys, +ms on boots +hp on gear. Balance issues still persisting like club Barb. If you end up playing just make sure you get the religion reward skin its OP, +1 STR -1 Will which is Barbarian BIS.

I ran HC fighter for a long time during season 4 and everyone just told me that I was an idiot and its not good.
I was crushing people, got demi god off of it.
Edit: I was running double HC falchion slayer fighter. Your build is a really cool variation.

Funny, I also got told when I made the build that it was bad. People are resistant to builds that don't follow the typical meta trend. That's why so many people use the same exact perks, skills and weapons (and classes)
