Such beautiful parries. On the subject, i find almost impossible to parry rogues and bards with rapier. And some barbabarians with maul.

Maul is pretty easy with some reps. Rogue rapier the only hit that's really reliable is the second attack and most good rogues will only trade with the poke and space so it's a hard match up for longsword

I had a pretty geared fighter using a falchion fight me and each time I landed a parry, he simply sidestepped away out of range of my sword. Guy was clearly good, but I felt very silly landing 3 parries and not getting a single hit back

dont parry it, the felling axe specifically has a really short attack cooldown so long as it hits something, this includes parries, so trying to parry it just makes it easier for your opponent to keep pressuring you, back away, make space, and get them to whiff their swing, the end lag on a miss is suuuper long.
