this add- on would be really good if you can see scratch marks and bloods of pools bhvr needs to revert some change for legion cuz the only problem was the deep wound thing you could keep hitting

6.0 m/s Legion but 6-8s Duration maybe and you can revert Mischief List possibly or just give it a different effect so you can better balance Frenzy duration since it's only basekit and Never-Sleep. You can cover a bit more distance maybe and you have some time to do stuff like wait pallets, but you're not going wayyy fast for like 10 seconds. They would be a lot more fun to play, be a little better against pre-running/W-keying, and the mobility aspect of Frenzy would become more viable, giving you something better to use the power for other than just "Go mend please".
