Streamer lobbies look like bots. Maybe they just make them look like bots but I was on the same ramp on reserve yesterday and my buddy got one tapped in like a millisecond. Compare that to landmark's enemies who are just running down the ramp not shooting like bots lol.

I talk about the really weird way he has every damn time to move his eyes in a certain direction and casually move around where there are people. try to turn up the audio maybe you are deaf. There is no sound of who is coming, and while he searches his body he detaches himself, eyes down to the left, directed on the cal. 50 ... as if he already knew that there is already something in that direction. Why didn't he look elsewhere? since there are a thousand points, like the white bishop's roof in front, or the windows? he bumped off completely and went straight to 50 again ... it stinks to me ... notice in all his videos of him before a fight or immediately after him his eyes move from the opposite top from where looks and responds to the audience. Very good at managing fights, but is it possible that he always finds everyone in the maps? Is it possible that before making certain movements in the XY direction etc. his eyes always fall to the sides? Does he play with a 50 inch that has to move his eyes so much? but please

I feel that the G36 is in a perfect place it’s a competitor to the MDR 556 which makes sense as both don’t have crazy customizability and the m4 and Hk are clearly going to best them fully modded but the MDR is a slower less kicking gun and better ergo while the G36 is a faster firing version and should have similar price ranges it’s another fit to detour people from always seeking the Meta it’s not comparable to fully modded M4’s but makes a solid competition towards the MDR

@AP1 Eh, variety still didn't exist when those metas reigned. It was always a new trend meta weapon that would dominate until they nerfed everything and buffed stuff like the mutant and 7.62 aks. IMO since the perfect no-miss TTK with all the weapons is pretty low (less than 500ms typically) with mid/end-game ammo, recoil will always be the major deciding factor of what gun dominates, with price to get to that meta recoil being the second factor. RD is probably going to dominate this wipe because of that. BSG is going to have to figure out how to encourage more variety and destroy the meta without just constantly adding new meta guns or shifting it around with "balance" changes. I'm learning game design and balancing so I can't say what the solution is, but if they made weapon modding more about ergo and then tweaked the stock recoil of all guns and tuned them down then I think that would lead to a much more interesting weapon meta and diversity. No laser beam recoil but also not super jerky either. Using a plain AK can be a fun experience but you'll have to deal with slow ADS and things like that. Alternatively, rebalancing the automatic recoil compensation so it has a very strong effect on the initial shots would probably make the current recoil amounts actually feel good. Realistically if you know you're about to shoot then you're going to braced and ready to take the shot, leading to very good control of the recoil. Single shot and bursts getting buffed like this would make most if not all guns, semi and auto, much more usable.

Again if you're gonna use the "no recoil" argument then apply it to all guns. Just about every gun in Tarkov has way more recoil than in real life. It's obviously for gameplay reasons. 5.56 out of a G36 isn't gonna feel much different than 5.56 out of any other rifle. It's a soft shooting intermediate cartridge. So if you want the game to have realistic recoil then it's gonna be boring as fuck and there would be no point to using different guns and builds asides from ergo stats and functionality. IRL some of the most important things to add to any gun is a sling, a flashlight and a good optic for its intended use. Recoil hardly matters for most platforms outside of specific usages like an automatic gunner.
I mean I can fire my stock AKM faster and more accurately in semiauto than your PMC can in-game and I'm an average shot. I can swap mags way faster as well and that's just how it is. You just can't translate every real life aspect into games. When games do speed things up and get closer to an actual trained operator people claim it's just CoD gameplay funnily enough.

At least BSG is onto something. When you add something new, it's always better for it to be meh/bad and give it buffs overtimes to balance it than to make it amazing and have to nerf it. At least this rate, people can choose not to use it cause it underperforms vs everyone dying to find it and make it ez wins.

Dude this wipe is the worst I've experienced in so long I feel like the last bad one was back when there were invisible pics running around but now the game lags like crazy the hit registration or desynce issues are so bad I just shot a guy in the face with 7mm buck shot with 4 shots I see visibly his face is being shot each time and then I die and the game says I hit nothing when 6our less then 30 feet from the guy qnd shooting him right in the eyes and can see the shots hitting flesh not even helmet sparks but flesh bloody mess qnd then the game says no shots hit there's something wrong . Plus I am dealing with the worse lag in so long last wipe it was soo good but they did so much to make it better but then it is just soon much worse

@Ano nymus I am curious, what's the actual difference between the G36C "lookalike" in the game rn versus whatever iteration of the G36C you're thinking about? From everything I can find online it's pretty much the same stuff, just the shorter handguard and barrel we have and then maybe a slightly different stock to the standard one we have currently (not the k one). And the top rail which we also have. I am down with more modern attachments and mods for the G36, just curious how the C we can build isn't actually a C apparently.

Granted h&k did make those designations but we’re talking a barrel length difference (moving the gas block), handguard difference and removable optic. I too am curious as to what op is asking, maybe the mg designation? That’s really the only major variant imo
