The funniest thing about people commenting “LOL THERE’S NO RECOIL IN THE GAME NOW” is they are deliberately ignoring all the meta “no recoil” builds or weapons that have come every single wipe.
So no recoil is fine but only if you have to pay 250,000 rubles on the flea? Or if it’s a Mutant, or the RD-704? But since every gun is viable in .14, NOW it’s a problem.

I wonder how the tx-15 will do with the new recoil, that gun was pretty cracked last whip. Unless it’s now obsolete since full auto guns have no recoil now

AK-74 is still only 600 bpm. M4 is 800 with no recoil too, would be better. Nothing changed.

@@bandit3245because being stuck with a low level gun doesn't make the recoil so bad that it negates your skill and you lose to someone with a metal low recoil weapon.

@@bandit3245 well you can actually control this recoil and it punishes long sprays compared to the old system where you would just hold mouse1 until auto recoil control kicked in lol. This system allows players with better shot placement to shine rather than emphasize gear checks in 1v1 pointfire spraydowns.

I get the logic that it's more of a fair playing field now and grinding end game traders won't matter as much if low tier players still get good recoil...but at the same time, a game with no recoil isn't really 'skill' based anymore, at least in the PVP category, because aiming is easy. End game fights now will be about holding lanes, baiting with sound cues, and pre-firing sound cues more than it ever has been.

That was the point of the update. Point firing and full auto got nerfed, but all recoil is now significantly more controllable and consistent. Semi and Burst fire is now significantly more feasible.

Level 35 already... I barely have time to run 3 raids a night. I will say with the new recoil I win 70% more gunfights. It's much more of an enjoyable.

If you get head eyed by scavs you just peak them too long or peak the same angles over and over. I never get killed by scavs. Dont underestimate them
