The halo tv show has a lot of issues but in regard to cgi budget there a very simple solution. Make the show animated. Halo legends looked amazing! Halo would thrive so much more if it was in an animated setting. Granted that’s not something they can do with this show specifically but I don’t think many of us would mind if they swapped the two out.

Halo Tabletop sounds like fun. The Guillotine Map looks pretty cool and I'm still hoping to see more maps from past Halo games added too.

I would just quickly like to point out that while you are Australian, what happens in our government directly effects your country as well as one of our closest allies on top of you needing our military to ward off potential threats just like SK and Taiwan needs us against the eastern tyrants. I have been avoiding ranked, desync has maps popping on me, like I'm just jittering around, it's not as much of a pain when it happens in social. It also happens way less often in social. This network model update can't come fast enough

can we please nerf the skimmers? I'm so tired of getting killed in a half second because the skimmers don't suffer from commando recoil. Seriously, skimmers are the cause of 90% of my firefight deaths. Also they're super agile, which means that dealing with them in close range is a nightmare.

From a standpoint of "competitive/pro" I understand why you arntt involved in HCS, But from a we love halo and this is what halo and this is the community is about, I don't understand why they don't take your opinions into to play. Halo branching out into other properties like tabletop gaming (or continuing to do so, I suppose) is super cool, especially if it expands upon the story in ways we haven't yet seen.
Guillotine definitely gives me Assassin's Creed: Unity vibes but the actual structure of the map seen in those preview shots almost reminded me of Widow's Court from Destiny.

I’m really happy the Gravity Hammer is getting some attention. It’s not awful, but it definitely feels like a point and click weapon sometimes with the huge range. I think making stuff on the outer its current hitbox get launched rather than killed would both bring it in line more with the Halo 3 version and generally make it more dynamic

Infinite is still in beta. It's truly embarrassing! Fix the first person viewable body and legs in FOV past 72 degrees. Give the game a full screen option to fix the frame pacing micro stuttering.

I’m a big PvE lover, but PvP seems fun like earlier days, I’ve played for the first time since the beta the other day; But I have no friends who play Halo to team up with, which is fine. I just larp as a flash cloned “NBL6” and act like I’m trying to unlearn my lone wolf ways with new Spartans in wargames. 😅

@MintBlitz Thanks for the like, I know I'm usually pessimistic and harsh in my critiques in how Halo has been handled, but, it just comes from a place of frustration.. Akira Toriyama passing away is a big hit, I just want the series we all know and love to be great once more.. for the community to not be so fractured, it shouldn't be a polarizing argument on why we shouldn't have to pay $5 for red. But, that's not the point here.
The franchise is magical, the way it has impacted the world can't be denied, just like Dragon Ball, and the millions of fans worldwide just want some of that magic back.. or at least, we just want the higher-ups to have that same mentality over overwhelming monetization.
Halo brought the world together once, let's see if we can push to have that again, even if only a little bit.

The Halo TV show should have started earlier in the timeline and than get to the fall of Reach on S3 where perhaps they would have had more budget and flesh out the story more and I would have made the Spartans a bit younger and in earlier MKIV armor and gradually build up chief and the characters, I would have used the books for source material and used the games for source material for chief specifically and I would have made Johnson a prominent character perhaps even from his perspective because he gets to interact with the chief and the marines so much it would shed light on both worlds plus his witty remarks would have added a very nice and welcomed comic relief because who in the Halo community dislikes Johnson?

A grav hammer nerf is just treating the symptoms of a larger issue; it needs a full rework. Infinite's hammer started as a shadow of what it should be- it lacks the faster alt fire that uses zero battery, it has very little gravity distortion, and it can be parried by the energy sword, rendering it obsolete.
The unintentional buff that made the hammer a consistent instakill was a welcome change (at first) merely because it solved the inconsistent damage caused by network/desync issues. My hope is that when the new network model drops, 343 looks into restoring the original damage fall-off at range IN ADDITION to restoring the legacy features that made it a viable alternative to the sword.

i cant be the only one who hates that 343 keeps focusing on the major leagues and making halo competitive. i mean look at how infinite works if your playing for the xp or for the seasons pass, if you suck you dont progress which only means no one is playing to have fun and if no one is having fun why are we playing? if we didnt complain so much to get those weekly challenges to a minimum difficulty those would add to the stress if we cannot play at our best
