Hey Mint, seems to be an issue with Infinite potentially worth addressing on your channel or twitter that the game is hard crashing people's Series S & X consoles to a rainbow static screen, happened to me today and my Series S took a long time to actually turn off. Had previous crashes from Infinite but not like this.
Need to do more research myself, read it's happened with some other games but seeming like it has more instances with Infinite. Wondering if it's software & hardware or one or the other but I've not had any crashes from other games apart from Infinite

I miss when VPN weren't allowed in Halo. Only because it was fair for everyone across the entire world to match players that's close to you, and if there's an SBMM, then it's applied to you within a certain degree. Instead of what we have now with certain people who use a VPN to match players, that's clearly not on their skill level.

i do miss the lobby chats and the pregame chats but to be honest in a game like halo infinite the only thing we are gonna really get is angry people. i mean the game forces you to play at your best if you want to earn xp or seasons pass progression and that causes mega stress. i can see it with myself that if my mic is on im gonna be toxic after burning out with the algorithm making the matches unfair. i cant be the only one annoyed getting paired with a team thats low ranking while facing a enemy team that has hero ranks

It's time we brought back perpetual lobbies/servers. The reason we made so many memories and friends online back then was because we continued to play with the same people who stuck around. I believe CoD addressed the issue with automatically disbanding lobbies some time ago, now we need Halo to do the same.

I get that it's cool to run into fans in matchmaking, but I think the social features are where they should be in 2024. When Halo was in its prime, innovating online console gaming, the culture was so different. Any open mic environment today is full of people trying to be edgy and it's not worth dealing with.

The Bullet magmatism on controller is insane i never get over it! Yes you get a lot of headshots and you're a good player for sure but there are so many times you get a body and it to gives you a headshot it's absolutely absurd, I'm on m&k and if I miss by a millimetre I get a miss if I shoot on in the body I get a body shot. I matched up against good players quite a lot and they never drop a shop I guarantee you they do but the bullet mag is so strong that It just gives them the kill.

One thing to note is he's also having to adjust for severe ping, playing on NA servers from Australia. So a lot of his led shots that seem to miss but hit are on purpose to account for ping time.
