things to do based on what i can see immediately, reinforce the frame with metal, new single seat, replace the wheels with rubber ones, you might need to replace the suspension, and im guessing motor and transmission are a bust. so this poses the issue of if you up the frame the weight goes up which then forces all the other components to be changed, you may have to do an entire new frame and use the plastic solely as the body. i look forward to seeing the progress

Oh Sean if you haven’t already you have to swap out the battery & do the dwalt battery (or your power tool of choice) conversion. They’re on YouTube & my son fucking loves it ? I’m 6’ 1 220lbs & it handles my weight fine (not the Warthog but a power wheels) Also got some good wheel & suspension upgrades on line but haven’t gotten that far myself. Definitely excited to see you deck this out so you can go mob through your backyard in your Master Chief helmet & nerf AR strapped to your back ??
