Just a FYI, Sunrise, the Halo 3 server revival project is already available and has been for a while now. It’s a plug-in that runs on modded Xbox 360s. So only people that have modded Xbox 360s and have access to Xbox Live can host, and you join them via Xbox Live. When the host starts the match, the plug-in they have gets whatever info it needs to create and launch the match from the developer’s server and the match starts.

Halo Infinite is NOT the most powerful Halo game in the series, I'd say that'd be either Reach or 5. Without the limitations of the Xbox console I'd say it's 5 hands down. Infinite is a garbled shitshow.

Fully embracing modding support in Halo Infinite is inexcusable NOT to support, given the VAST potential of Halo Infinite's Forge and the supreme effort and craftsmanship 343i obviously put into Forge.

Not gonna lie im pretty sick of all the good or interesting content being made entirely by the community, like what the fuck does 343 actually do other then give people the tools to make shit for them. Idk im just not a big fan of this Garrys mod Clone, honestly at this point there basically the same thing. Been almost a year and we still don’t just have basic game modes in the game like infection or grif ball. It was fun for like 1 or 2 days playing on forge maps but now i want actual content and 343 just does not deliver on that end. I think its weird that people praise 343 for releasing mod tools, to me it definitely seems like “We don’t know what to do with these so you take them” kind of situation.

They're really not comparable. The scarab gun is a one-level wonder that you could finish the whole mission in the time it took you to get it. The tank gun was completely effortless to get at the start of the game and you can bring it with you for every level which trivialises the difficulty.
Obviously it sucked from a fun aspect to lose it which is why they did bring it back, but from a design standpoint it was and still is a horribly broken inclusion.
