Is over aim training a thing?
@notoriousdub12025/10/07(火) 08:27
Killer question. On the technical side; overtraining is definitely possible and comes by means of overtaxing the Central Nervous System to the point of not being able to recover fast enough by the time you train again, resulting in loss of focus, exhaustion, and while you’re not really going to get worse, you will perform worse in the short term, and have slowed improvement.
On the not so technical side; you’re not going to overtrain in a skill movement that’s not physically stressing. the only way I would see that happening is overuse of stimulants like caffeine, nicotine, adderall etc., long bouts of focused training, and very poor sleep habits, which would put you in a negative CNS recovery state. And in that situation, I would say the training itself isn’t the problem, and the poor recovery habits should be dealt with.
TLDR, it’s definitely a thing, it’s just rare in training that doesn’t involve muscle breakdown as well.
Sorry for the wall of text lol

Probably lol sometimes when I’m aim training with hela on Luna snow bots I’d aim for too long by accident (sometimes even getting a score of like 600) and I could feel my aim getting a little worse
@VessMolo2025/10/07(火) 04:22
what sens do you use?i cant decide between 1.45 and 1.6 1.8 800 dpi. I keep struggling with aim but im getting at 40 % with hitscan finally
@notoriousdub12025/10/07(火) 05:51
40% is nothing to sneeze at brother that’s not bad at all. Personal I’m on 3.17 at 400dpi, so that’s like 1.09 at 800, it’s mostly preference and almost anything can work, but imo, start low, and evaluate going higher based on how often you have to pick up and reposition your mouse mid fight. In theory lower is better for consistency, but repositioning your mouse is a big limiter.
@enot21402025/10/07(火) 04:35
I personally use 1.4/800dpi and usually get between 46-56% acc with 10-15% critical. It's does matter if you sit and just spam tanks or are actually trying to kill the backline and harder shots will tank your acc a lot before you get better, but it's where the real value is.

crazy timing, known you since the fortnite days and your gameplay has always been top tier :D marvel rivals isnt my thing but I've used your vids in the past to help myself improve
@notoriousdub12025/10/07(火) 05:49
The Fortnite days were so good though. There was nothing like hopping on a pop up cup and going crazy. I wanna make more generalized content for everybody, but the algorithm has no idea how to market that, I’m sure I’ll figure it out eventually. Much love though brother.
