The title says "ULTIMATE COMPARISON", and you compare some things that bf2042 currently performs better, however c4 in certain areas of bf6 also makes holes in the ground and in bf2042 in certain areas they don't, like the barrels destroy much more in 6 (including buildings) in certain areas and in 2042 only some walls. Y'all probably dont care, but i really miss playing Battlefield 2042. I remember playing it almost every day from december 2021 to late 2023. Sadly i changed from my ps4 to a pc so i can't play because of that stupid "activate thingy to play!" They added recently, i wish i could go back to playing that game while everybody hated it and it seemed i was the only one that saw the beauty in it.
Sorry for commenting this, i just needed to vent it out, I've been carrying this since 2024 and haven't been able to express it properly.

For anyone wondering if it’s worth playing 2042 now I’ll say yes. I played the game during the betas, launch, season 1 and up to now season 7 and it’s in a much better state

If I could post the Spider-Man meme were the Spider-Man’s are pointing at each other this would be the perfect time. It’s literally the exact same game with just new maps and skins and filters. Battlefield is still a fun game but this is just lazy. Also the movement is way too fast on battlefield 6.

They already said at the event that the visual images in the game do not show the full version of the game and they expressed this several times.So don't bother about effects or details like explosions/burning. No BF game had bad visual effects or details. Even in BF2042, there won't be any in BF6, which is a comeback game.On the contrary, it will be more perfect and superior in terms of effects and details than other BF games.

Btf 6 granaderos explosion needs improvement, also when you are dragged to be revived instead of being revived laid chest down toward the enemies, instead should be laid backwards seeing feet.

I will say that 2042 has had a lot of updates and when looking at how the car burns and the way the smoke grenade has its smoke drift off with the wind is a cool and good addition. I don't think it's fair YET to make a comparison with bf 6 seeing that it's in an alpha/beta state almost. Bf 6 still needs to fix a lot of bugs and has to update itself a lot before it can catch up to our standards of what Battlefield should be today. The destruction is lovely, but at this point we are expecting a map where every building is exploravle and destructible.

I really love the weapon details in BF6. The way the paint is worn off around the edges and the scratches are shown makes it feel so realistic. I’m really looking forward to it.

The major problem in my opinion for 2042 is that it looks very polished and I don’t mean that in a good way I mean the whole world looks polished or ultra sanitary like there’s no detail and it just looks plastic. It looks like an artificially created plastic world, and it doesn’t feel threatening at all or anything even if they put crazy weather effects

Battlefield is dead and bf6 will flop. Bf6 will flop because bf6 tries to be fortnite and cod at the same time instead of to be just battlefield. However, i will try the beta but i am pretty sure it will not feel special at all
