the issue you are pointing at is actually collateral damage with the example of M80. they should revisit collateral damage. doing that will affect leg meta and ttk in general when someone just hits you hard to death on an arm or leg...which lets be honest should only injure the player severaly like multiple heavy bleed and fracture, etc contrary to now that it simply kills you because of how much damage transfers to the rest of the body (collateral)

i thought the limb dmg nerf was to blacked out limbs, because it was bugged to do additional dmg to blackout limbs????

pretty sure blacked limbs now do 70% additional damage instead of the original 100

There was a fix to that bug, and then an additional 30% nerf to damage transfer from blacked limbs. One thing to keep in mind is the new armour changes will be a big buff to smgs and likely something BSG had in mind with the leg meta nerfs.
