Didnt know just the 7 from alpha versions. Back in the day Bonemass was the strongest boss and Yagluth was quite eazy because fire dmg didnt stack. I think Moder is the same

I am a very new Valheim player (two weeks on Xbox) and I love the game but some of the mechanics are confusing and maddening. I really enjoy your videos and wondered if you had one about the mechanics of how to navigate ships properly. I am absolutely a train wreck using them and fear I will be limited in how much I can get out of the game until I can learn at least the basics.

There wasnt a diffrent color of food segments on the food bar untill they defined heath and stamina food in the hearth and home update. It was just the 3 foods displayed @SnazzyjonesGaming

Another change was that the stone cost for shaping terrain was also more expensive costing 4, not 2, the bonus though was that you could extend raised terrain out more cheaply over all as you could extend the terrain at the level you were aiming at. 👍👍

They should lower chicken eggs to clearing mountain biome. I know you can find them while doing mini quests for hildr. But chicken as a food source is literally outclassed by the time you have it. Seems pointless to farm them. Especially with vultures being a very good feather source

The fire that the surtlings are enveloped in did change to a deeper orange flame when fires in general were changed, so they did change a little even if the actual form in the flames hasn't. I'm just happy I got to experience one full on initial release Mistlands raid that included seeker soldiers, in Meadows!

Originally, either the pickaxes didn't cleave (hit more than 1 part of a mine-able object) or the Muddy Scrap Piles weren't cleave-able; I can't remember which one. It used to take FOREVER to go through Sunken Crypts and get all the Muddy Scrap piles. You'd pick away at a pile and one little section of it would break, then another, then another, then another. If it was a double or triple Scrap Pile, I'd leave it and look for something else, otherwise I'd be there all day.
I also can't remember if the switch happened with Hearth and Home or before that.

Nostalgia. I remember them all except I never found the flametal node when we went to ashlands to check it out. I found out about the metal a few days later when a friend brought some back to camp and found out we couldn't craft anything. Miss the carpet bonus and glad mistlands never went spider crazy. I remember when Conan:Exiles introduced the swungle there was an area full of spiders in it near where my group put a base. three entrances to it and I put a sign at each simply saying "NOPE!!!"

I still kinda hate how magic isnt available in earlier stages of the game. I think they could easily add weaker versions of the staff in at around the black forest. Instead of staffs, maybe make them basic wands. Something like a fire or ice wand earlier in the game i think would go a long way and better allow players to use their preferred play styles.
