Very cool!! Time to experiment. Looks like the torso model is too wide so the armor is clipping inside of it or something.

That second last one looks like the shockwave that comes from you when you activate powers. The chest thing seems like a clipping problem, they either need to move the mount point forward slightly or reduce the width of the chest on the stand.

I think it looks like the "equipping gear" animation - like when you put on the strenghtbelt or change armor perhaps?

That is cool though they need a pose like they do with armour stands in castles or museums with the shield and sword or just the sword with the point of the blade in the ground and the hands on the pommel.

I had to dig down one floor block, stand in there and then they spawn at floor level. Next problem though is that they all face one direction.
