barely easy to come by once you have a plain set up with some good ground . you can set up your plain to keep deathbugs out all you need is a small wall with the big fire's .

As a suggestion, instead of starting the video with just putting pieces together, before that you should try to explain the concept of the building or some introduction to what you will build and for what benefit (ex: having an automatic chicken farm with eggs ready to harvest, some context) Also It would be interesting if you show a complete version of the building very quickly and then you show how you built it

Have you ever thought of using a voice changer? Your voice is much too low.. It needs to be higher and squeakier. I know!, maybe try huffing Helium before you record? Keep them coming I love the build videos.

Any idea if it's the 6 foundation rule works in diagonale? Like a long slop of 5 45 degree is life 7 foundation away from the eggs.

It's probably a sphere so if you build out in 4 directions then full it in to make a circle that's most likely the area. I say this because everything else is a sphere in this game.

You can totally just make that build longer and cram 8 chickens it for a super fast auto farm. make it high so the eggs fall more than 10meters from the chickens and just afk near it for fuckloads of eggs =D

I have done that with 4 chickens facing 4 chickens. The ones on the left hand eggs provide eggs to a heated enclosed area to allow then to grow to more chickens for chicken meat and feathers. The ones on the right side provide eggs into an unheated storage area for just eggs, :)

why all of those farms are so complicated??? normal boar styly farm works the same.... even better, i made my chicken farm with dimensions only one 2x2 wooden floor (i do not take into this place for chicken beneath)

These are corporate farming builds. They are made to exploit the animals and bring a higher yield of food to our intrepid Vikings. If you want a simple peasant build then make any old thing that works.

just like boar farm... just build platform with hole inside put 2 animals there give food and newborns will be born without end as long as animals on top have food
chicken farm works the same and need literally 10 building pieces so its more simple than one shown in video

Nice one, simple but effective! I came up with a combined automatade wolf/boar and chicken breeder. Part from the hassle to get the animals up in it, it works like a charm and also looks pretty neat!
