It's not on PS5 because Sony screws over indies by charging $25,000 for their games to be featured on PS store, Xbox and Nintendo on the other hand don't do that.
You want to play high-quality indies and AA games, get an Xbox, PC or Switch. But don't get a Switch for this game, obviously only on PC and Xbox lol.
