I'd like to point out that they specifically did art of jewels in concept and it is clearly visible as a differentiated object in the handle of the sword.

Valheim has the potential to be the best survival co-op game of all time.
I wanna see them add stuff to the other biomes, more crypts, fulling towers, ice caves, seeker nests.
More mounts, pets and animals. Quests from the merchants and rewards.
Dynamic events, weather and seasons maybe?

They do still talk about going back and adding more into previous biomes. So I think we def have that to look forward to. Thanks for watching!

I remember, in the veeeery old roadmap, that they wanted to do something like a moon cycle, so maybe it's still possible ? I would love that, mixed with seasons, slowing down your vegetables growth (if not straight up blocking it) so you'd have to prepare in advance a bit more, that kind of stuff !

A long time ago, in one of my Playing with a Dev episodes, Grimcore spoke about ideas about whether Ocean would be a full biome with a boss. At the time it kinda sounded like he was leaning toward it but it was very up in the air. His more recent comments sound more like they are leaning away from that concept and just making the ocean more full of adventure. I don't think it's totally decided yet so we'll see.

@Gaming with Kristi The roof requirement is just tiring, I feel like I'm forced to mod the game to be able to enjoy it.
They added part of Valheim + with their new options, they should just go full steam ahead and add it completely in the game.
I also keep my fingers crossed for the ocean biome, there's a simple mod about this and it's gorgeous... I feel like it would maybe be a possibility once they will be done with all other biomes or a DLC of any sort.

One of them has made a little comment about magic. iirc it was something about ppl will be surprised at what they will be adding. I think that magic may become more significant in later parts of the game.

Thanks for sharing all the news updates Kristi! Always informative and exciting! Ashlands is going to be challenging to say the least. I'm still looking forward to any new creatures they can add to the oceans! It will make traveling to new lands even more unpredictable. Having said that, the serpents are still among my favorite creatures to encounter!

Yeah, I'm a bit nervous, it's gonna be Intense! Lol! I'm certain that they will be adding more things to the oceans. There's been a bit of a discussion between them for some time about whether it would be treated like an actual biome with a boss or not and it feels like they are leaning toward not. MY VIKING THIRSTS FOR A NEW TWO HANDED AXE!!!!! i really hope they add a new one they are my favorite weapon in the game i dont think my crystal axe will continue to do good on the ashlands (could still deal with some mobs on the Mistlands with it (the Gjall and the Soldier were not my cup of tea with it mind cha)).
